  1. My sister recently gave me her old jogging stroller, so now I have no excuses why I can’t go for a little jog. That will be my number one goal for Sep. Two will be to start doing squats for real this time, lets thank what happened at the VMA’s for the inspiration. And three to go vegan at least twice a week. Can you help me figure out how many squats I should start with if I’m using my 25lbs baby as my weight? And maybe even share some of your vegan recipes?

    • Awesome! Sounds like you’ve got some great ideas and motivation 🙂

First, I’d start slow on your squats since you’ve been less active for a few months. Start with 3-4 sets of 15-20reps on days 1-3. You’ll know how to increase it after that based on how you feel. But if u need more help, I’m here!

Next, running is great! Set a specific goal around how much you want to run and how often. It’ll help you track your accomplishment!

And lastly, vegan twice a week? Sounds good, but vegan “days” require a lot of planning and very specific foods in your fridge and pantry. I’m just concerned about the logistics because it can be difficult to have these foods accessible and making sure they last long enough (shelf-life) before the next time you use these dairy free and animal free products. It’s ultimately your decision, just not sure as to why “vegan” without having any health/medical/animal concerns.
