Banana Peanut Butter Mugcake


1 scoop banana protein powder
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 egg white
1 packet stevia
1 tablespoon of almond milk

Mix ingredients and pour into a nonstick sprayed mug. Microwave for 1 minute.

I split my cake in half and filled the center with a glob of peanut butter! Yum!

I’ve made a few variations. Here’s a chocolate mugcake topped with PB2 frosting.


I made the frosting by mixing some PB2 with Greek yogurt and stevia.
