One of my new favorite ways to eat oatmeal?!??
Call them ProOats! Protein meets oatmeal!
Instead of sweetening my oatmeal with stevia, sugar, or honey, I’ve been stirring in anywhere between 1/2 a scoop to a whole scoop of flavored protein powder into my oats then topping off with my favorite fruits! This works well whether you make your oats on the stove, in the microwave, or overnight in the refrigerator!

I love zucchini noodles! One of the new ways I’ve been preparing them is with a creamy avocado sauce! It’s rich and so much healthier than any alfredo sauce or boring tomato sauce.
Here’s a super simple clean recipe:
1 ripe avocado
A splash of almond milk (creamier than skim milk, but skim milk also works fine!)
Salt (to taste)
Pepper (to taste)
Minced garlic (to taste)
Juice of a lemon
Mix it all in your food processor and you’ll get a creamy delicious sauce in minutes!
