I love zucchini noodles! One of the new ways I’ve been preparing them is with a creamy avocado sauce! It’s rich and so much healthier than any alfredo sauce or boring tomato sauce.
Here’s a super simple clean recipe:
1 ripe avocado
A splash of almond milk (creamier than skim milk, but skim milk also works fine!)
Salt (to taste)
Pepper (to taste)
Minced garlic (to taste)
Juice of a lemon
Mix it all in your food processor and you’ll get a creamy delicious sauce in minutes!
