Sometimes I just I like to stir in 1/2 scoop to a full scoop of protein powder into my coffee. It’s a great way to meet my protein intake goals for the day and keep my warm cup of coffee free of creams and sugars.
You can simply stir the powder into the coffee, but some protein powders will not mix so smoothly. Sometimes I use my blender for some mixing power and then just slightly reheat in the microwave for the frothy topping!
And as I’ve shared before I often use instant coffee crystals or strongly brewed coffee in my protein smoothies! Just depends on the weather and my mood!
