Build Your Best Green Smoothie

Do you make smoothies a part of your regular diet? I do! How often do you make them GREEN for a more nutritious blend? Probably not enough? Here are some tips for mastering green smoothies because they shouldn’t scare you! They are delicious and can be a fun way to get creative with smoothie time!


Today, I made mine with

1. Combination of plain yogurt and water as the base
2. Spinach
3. Frozen mango
4. Whey protein
5. Raw agave
6. Ice

It turned out tropically delicious!
