Peanut Butter Chocolate Crepes Stuffed with Pumpkin Cream

Crepes:

1 cup egg whites, 1/2 scoop chocolate protein powder, 1 tablespoon of almond or coconut flour, 1/4 tsp cinnamon, and 2 packets of stevia.

Mix ingredients and use to form thin crepes on a non-stick sprayed pan. My batter made 4 crepes.

Filling:

1/2 cup cottage cheese mixed with 1/2 cup pumpkin puree. Sweeten with agave or stevia.

Stuff your crepes with the filling and roll. Top crepes with melted peanut butter and enjoy!
