My Best Plank

I just completed my best plank. I’m at 2:15. My goal is to strengthen my core to hold a 3 minute plank by the end of the month.

    • Impressive fredyh5! A goal of 4 mins is quite the challenge. I wonder if you might consider an additional challenge of holding a 3:15 plank twice per workout session? The second plank will definitely be challenging considering you’ll be tired from the first one. Being able to do two impressively long planks can definitely be another way to strengthen your core 🙂
